This temperature-controlled self-heating mug does a great job of keeping my coffee hot. A fully charged battery lasts about 3 hours. The mug itself does not keep the drink warm when the power is not turned on, unlike other mugs that keep drinks warm for a few hours.One mistake I did when I first started using it is to simply place it on the charger to charge. I later realized I needed to actually turn on the power, which is located at the base of the mug. Once it's turned on, you'll be greeted with Hello. When turning off, it will say Goodbye. By tapping on the words Oxaa, you can increase/decrease the temperature to your liking. The temperature control works well and keeps the drink HOT, not warm or lukewarm. The wireless charging coaster is great, as it can charge a magsafe phone.The mug is sleek, durable, however, not the entire mug holds the beverage. About 1/4 of the mug is reserved for the heating element area. I tested it and it is spill proof. However, the ad talks about a handle "The convenient handle on our travel coffee mug adds ease to your daily routine. Designed for portability, it is ideal for coffee lovers who seek both functionality and style in their travel mug" but there is no handle to be found on the product nor in the ad pictures. To drink, need to remove the entire lid, there is not button to pop up to sip the drink.
