Refund policy

We offer a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all original tags, in the same condition as received

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at: info.oxaa.com. Upon approval, you will receive a return shipping label and further instructions.

Please note that we are unable to process refunds or replacements for items that are water-damaged, physically damaged, or have been altered or tampered with. Additionally, returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:
We are pleased to assist you with an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition with the packaging intact. Once we have accepted your return, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return. You will be notified whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

After 90 days from the date of purchase, returns will no longer be accepted.
