"I went into this with low expectations and a lot of skepticism automatic litter boxes make me nervous when it comes to my cats’ safety. After careful setup (and actually reading the manual!), I was pleasantly surprised. Once I switched to regular clumping clay litter and let my cats get used to it unplugged for a day or two, everything worked great. The rotating drum design is simple and safe for adult cats, with adjustable cleaning settings.
